Session: Staying motivated and achieving Holistic Productivity using Agile principals
As a scrum master and Holistic Productivity coach, I make my living by helping others follow a framework to be their most productive selves. I combined my professional day job with holistic principles to create a balanced framework that can be applied not only to software development companies but to all of us, remote workers, entrepreneurs, and even students at college!Scrum is a lightweight framework that allows us to get twice the work done in half the time. I found that combined with my methods, I can decrease people's stress and anxiety levels. This is especially useful in a world focused more than ever on remote work.
As someone who suffers from ADHD and trauma, my brain naturally gets distracted and has difficulty focusing. It’s as if my brain is self-sabotaging me.
This is why I needed a framework that helped focus and guides me along; this would guarantee incremental progress, which is the exact formula for success in any goal.
I would love to share this with women in tech so they too can experience holistic productivity without burnout, without the high stress and anxiety levels that normally come with being a hustler.
